Annual Landlords CP12 certificate 

A CP12 certificate is a legal requirement for landlords to arrange annually.  This will make sure all gas appliances are installed correctly to manufacturer’s instructions and will also allow the engineer to test the pipework to make sure the system is free of any leaks. 

The certificate can be issued to the Landlord the same day electronically which will make it simpler for the landlord to forward to the tenants within the required 28 days.
